With close to 22 years of experience in the IT industry that started with HCL Tech back in 1999, my current set of responsibilities as Agile Scrum SAFe Consultant & Coach are as follows:

• Collaborating with roles at all levels to help embrace Agile Scrum Kanban values and principles
• Coaching, Training, Mentoring and Enabling based on the current situation and the desired state
• Implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple BUs in the organization
• Setting up teams to work in Agile, Scrum and XP and target the Program level goal of an Agile Release Train (ART) setup for a cadence
• Train and coach the starting teams for the PI Planning and I & A Meetings every Program Increment (PI)
• Work with Tools team to customize TFS so that SAFe processes can be aligned
• Capturing the maturity of Agile Teams and work on a roadmap for their transformation
• Run Role Based coaching sessions for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Teams
• Participate & observe teams in various scrum ceremonies and suggest ways for improvement
• Work with Senior Management to introduce Agile, Scrum and SAFe & explain its benefit
