You will be qualified for your pre-application conversation with a member of the CTC Review Team once you get your CSP® certification (CSP®-SM or CSP®-PO). In the pre-application call of one hour, you can discuss and show your qualifications to assess your readiness, identify any gaps, and receive feedback on how any gaps identified might be addressed. Your coach will assist you in exploring your coaching mindset and will give you critical feedback.
