Does ICP ACC have an exam?

The ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching) certification does not have a formal, standardized exam. Instead, the certificate is earned by attending and successfully completing an ICAgile-accredited training course delivered by an ICAgile Authorized Training Provider. The course itself is designed to be hands-on and interactive, focusing on teaching agile coaching techniques, skills, and mindset through practical exercises, group discussions, simulations and reflections.

Assessment of your knowledge and skills during the training is usually done by the course instructor based on your participation, understanding, and demonstration of the key learning objectives. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded the ICP-ACC certification.
