Facilitation is a critical skill to master in order to be effective as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach. It helps a scrum master run team meeting effectively, resolve issues with the team, collaborate with other stakeholders and create a smooth flow of information within the team.
If you are a good facilitator, you can bring best out of every member in your scrum team. The Certified Agile Facilitator (ICP-ATF) training is an experiential workshop where you learn to facilitate various scrum meetings, scrum ceremonies, client interactions, stakeholder engagement and other important communications.
The ATF session helps you master the facilitation skills and equips you with the tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. You will gain practical experience leveraging the techniques to facilitate specific agile practices towards successful team outcomes.
