What is PMP Certification Syllabus?

The Project Management Institute (PMI) periodically conducts research to ascertain the responsibilities and activities of Project Managers that are essential for delivering value to their respective organizations. This research informs the periodic updates made to the PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Syllabus. This syllabus, known as the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO), is structured in terms of tasks or activities that a Project Manager is expected to perform, such as building a team, leading the team, and collaborating with stakeholders.

These tasks are organized into three key domains: People, Process, and Business. Detailed information about these tasks and domains can be found on the PMP page of the PMI’s official website.

Our PMP Preparation program is designed to fully encompass the exam content outlined in the ECO. It’s important to note that the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) version six, as well as version seven, do not cover the entire exam content outline. Hence, our program is a more comprehensive resource for those seeking a thorough preparation for the PMP exam. For additional details about our PMP Preparation program, please refer to the program specifics.
